In recognition of Banned Books Week and the ever-growing calls for unbridled censorship spreading across the country, we spoke with booksellers Craig and Derrick, whose San Mateo shop has a large selection of books for children and young adults. Since everything at Reach and Teach is focused on gender equality, sustainable living, peacemaking, and the like, it isn’t surprising to hear Craig note that, “Just about every book we sell has been banned somewhere.”
